1. Scribing Services

a. Real Time Services
Our Real-time (RT) scribe service focuses on assigning a physician with a dedicated scribe who will work with the physician live, using HIPAA compliant tools provided by MedSer. The scribes will also have various HIPAA complaint tools at their disposal to ensure a steady and excellent service.
b. Non-Real Time Services
Our non-real time (NRT) service assigns a dedicated scribe to a physician. The physician records visits which are then uploaded to MedSer’s secure servers. The scribe then works on the uploaded recordings using HIPAA-compliant tools. The recordings are available for 48 hours before automatic deletion for compliance and security.
c. Transcription Services
Our transcription service is similar to the NRT service, however, instead of the visits being recorded, the physician dictates the entire chart and the assigned scribe will transcribe the exact dictation.
